Sculptures by the sea
This is the first fully immersive VR installation to ever be displayed at Sculptures by the sea named DUNNY.
From the outside, DUNNY appears to be exactly that; a slightly run-down outdoor toilet – the kind still occasionally spotted around older rural properties across Australia’s sprawling outback. However, once inside, thanks to a VR headset that looks more Jules Vern than Silicon Valley, you are transported into what we assume is the over-sized and opulent bathroom of the current ruler of the free world (Trump).
Complete with gold taps, acres of marble and the tell-tale clues of Trumpism…from discarded fast food wrappers to a tanning bed, DUNNY is multimedia satire all the way.
I designed the VR layout including choosing the VR assets to help create the virtual Dunny and helped out during installation of the art piece as well as it's maintenance throughout the exhibition.
Sprite
As part of a core team of only 5 people, we won the pitch to lead the integrated brand experience for Sprite across the ASEAN region, beating out your traditional big name agencies.
Our first piece of work was the Sprite Made For Here campaign shot in Thailand. Unfortunately due to the introduction of COVID, all other creative work was put on hold.
